How the game works
Build prediction sets, submit one official track to World or private groups, and watch every pick score from frozen terms as the tournament unfolds.
Prediction sets
Create unlimited fun sets for experiments. One submitted official set per edition counts in each leaderboard scope you choose.
World leaderboard
World submissions are public for the edition leaderboard. They compare score, upside, risk, correct picks, exact hits, and movement.
Private groups
Invite friends with reusable links. Group submissions stay private to that group and follow the same scoring and repricing rules as World.
Pick visibility
Detailed picks are gated before you submit to that scope. After the tournament ends, stored picks become read-only archive material.
Every saved pick becomes a contract

Early bracket picks have path milestones
- 1Before groups: the path is unknown, so upside is highest.
- 2As group places settle, early path calls can earn milestone value.
- 3Once a knockout matchup is concrete, new picks are priced like match picks.
- 4Unchanged contracts keep their frozen terms; changed picks get repriced.

FAQ
What is the difference between fun and official sets?+
Fun sets are private drafts you can create freely. Official submissions are copied from a set into a leaderboard scope and are the only ones that count publicly.
Can I change a prediction later?+
Yes, while that event is still open. Changed picks become new contracts with current terms; untouched contracts keep their original value.
How do private groups work?+
Create a group, share the invite link, and members can submit to that group without publishing to the World leaderboard unless they choose to.
When can I see other people's picks?+
You unlock detailed picks for a scope after submitting to that same scope. This keeps people from peeking first and predicting second.
Can live matches still be predicted?+
Live picks are allowed when the app has enough current facts to price them. They usually have lower upside because more is already known.
What happens if external data is missing?+
The app keeps using saved match data and app-owned bracket rules. Data refreshes add richer facts, but predictions and history still remain readable.
What happens after the tournament ends?+
Everything becomes read-only. Leaderboards, prediction sets, and picks stay available as an archive.
What is the AI Predictions benchmark?+
It is a system-created reference set built from AI signals, market odds, team strength, group paths, bracket simulation, futures, and a few exact scores so people can compare human picks against a data-driven baseline.
